Our Story Pampered Pets is a family passion project based in South Africa, founded by a father-daughter duo who believe that every animal deserves premium care. We aren’t a faceless corporation; we are a small, independent team that works from our home-base to keep overheads low, allowing us to focus our resources where they matter most: on animal welfare and quality products.

Expertise Through Research While we aren't veterinarians, we are dedicated researchers. We spend hours diving into manufacturer data and nutritional profiles to ensure that what we offer is safe, effective, and ethical. If we wouldn't trust a product for our own pets or the strays we care for, it doesn't make it into our shop.

Our Mission in Action: Beyond the Bowl We believe that a business should be a force for good. For years, we have used our personal capacity and funds to feed local strays and support vulnerable animals. However, we know we can’t do it alone.

We are incredibly proud to work alongside incredible organizations like Edenvale Ferals (Edenvale) and the Dawn Paws Foundation (Benoni). Together, we have been able to:

• TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return): Help manage and stabilize local feral colonies humanely.

• Emergency Care: Facilitate urgent medical attention for kitties in crisis.

• Rehoming: Find "forever homes" for countless cats that have come to our attention.​
