2. Shipping Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
3. Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Please note: Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery time depends on your location:
Major cities: 3–7 working days
Outlying/rural areas: 7–10 working days
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order is shipped.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
We sometimes offer free shipping promotions – keep an eye out!
6. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us at sayhello@pampered-pets.co.za.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order is late or missing, please contact our support team as soon as possible. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue quickly.
