Refund & Returns Policy

1. Introduction

At Pampered Pets, we aim to provide quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the conditions outlined below.

2. Return Eligibility

You may return an item within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • It is unused and in its original packaging

  • It is not a perishable or hygiene-sensitive product (e.g. opened pet food, grooming items, or treats cannot be returned)

  • You have proof of purchase (e.g. your order number or confirmation email)

  • ​

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Used items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at sayhello@pamperedpets.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. We’ll reply with return instructions and shipping details.

 

Please do not return items without first contacting us.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund within 7 working days.
    Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Note: Some banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or item? Let us know when requesting a return—we’re happy to help you exchange, stock permitting.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent:

  • Please take clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • We’ll replace or refund the item as soon as possible

7. Data Protection

All personal data collected as part of the returns process (e.g. name, address, contact info) is processed in accordance with the South African Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and privacy laws.


We only use your data to manage your return or refund and will never sell or misuse it.
